Between your tools. Beyond your tools.
Your business software does its job. What costs you time is what happens between them, and what none of them covers: re-keying, follow-ups, back-and-forth, tracking by hand. That is where we build.
Bespoke does not mean starting from scratch. More often than not, it is a catalogue tool adapted to the way you work: your steps, your rules, your software, your brand. Sometimes, it is a tool nobody has built yet. The hours-saved list decides, and it decides before the quote.
We analyse the need, then propose the right level.
Three possible answers, and they are not equal. The right level is the one that solves the problem, not the most impressive one.
Level 1
Clarify the process
Sometimes there is nothing to automate: there is a sequence to put straight, a step to remove, a rule to write down. It is the cheapest level, and often the most profitable.
Level 2
Automate
The task is clear, repetitive, and its rules hold up. We have it carried out by a tool, connected to your software, and you keep control of whatever commits you.
Level 3
Hand over to an AI agent
When the task requires understanding, sorting, writing. We build the agent, we frame it, and a human approves what comes out. Only if it is justified.
Not everything can be automated, and it is our job to tell you so. A bad process automated is still a bad process: it just runs faster.
A tool transforms nothing on its own
Installing is not enough. What makes a tool still useful a year on is decided before and after the build.
We scope before we build. What we will do, what we will not do, who decides what. Written down before the first euro is spent.
We talk to the people who do the work. The real pain points are not in the manager’s office. They are with those who live them every day, and they are the ones who know where it sticks.
We prepare adoption. The handover, the point person, the three-month review. That is part of the job, not an option.
A repetitive or painful process? Tell us about it.
The tasks that come back every week. The back-and-forth between two pieces of software. The follow-ups that get forgotten. The file that always gets stuck at the same point.
Tell us, and we take thirty minutes to go round it.
We may already have the tool. If not, we build it.
From the conversation to maintenance
The conversation
Thirty minutes, free. You describe your real day, we ask the questions.
The hours-saved list
What deserves to be clarified, automated, or handed to an agent. With an idea of the time freed up, and what we will not do, in black and white. It is yours, even if it goes no further.
The build
The tool is set up on your software and your rules. The people who will use it every day are in the loop before it goes live, not after.
You remain the owner of your data and your tools: everything is installed on your side, in your name. If you leave, everything stays.
Maintenance
Monitoring, reconnections, fixes, adjustments. And a human who answers when something bothers you.
The quote comes after the hours-saved list, never before: we do not price what we have not yet understood. Maintenance is proportionate to the tool.
