Tools

The catalogue

Twelve tools, by trade

Every system is installed on your organisation: your software, your brand, your rules. None is delivered as is, each one is adapted to the way you work. Every installation is priced during the conversation, because the price depends on what there is to do. The tools in testing or in the works are not for sale yet: tell us about your case, it will feed the tool.

After-sale follow-up

Available

The problem

Once the sale completes, the buyer and the seller drop out of your diary. Nobody calls them at six months, nor at two years, nor the day they sell again. Yet that is where the referral and the next instruction are won or lost. And when there are several buyers or several sellers, it is each one of them that you lose.

How it works

The signed preliminary agreement goes in once, and the relationship holds for ten years without you having to think about it.

  • You drop the preliminary agreement into a folder. The tool reads it: sellers, buyers, addresses, price, signing date.
  • You check the reading and approve with one click. The only thing left to type is a phone number the deed does not provide.
  • Each person has their record, each side of the sale its own chain: twelve points of contact over ten years, set from the signing date.
  • Every morning, the list of people to get back in touch with, with the message already written in your words.
  • You read it over, you send it: a purchase anniversary, a piece of market news, a “how is it going”.
  • What comes back, a referral, a project, is noted in the record. That is where you measure what it brings in.

You stay in control

No message leaves without you. The twelve points of contact are yours: you change their rhythm and their words.

The proof

The reading of the preliminary agreement and the database run on our own files. Below, the real database, twelve contacts scheduled through to 2036.

Automated posts · Carousels

Available

The problem

Publishing every day on Instagram is a job, and it is not yours. So you post when you think of it, then you run out of steam, and you stop. And the account sleeps while the others move ahead.

How it works

You decide what your account is about. The tool writes, designs and publishes. Nothing goes out without your approval.

  • You choose your pillars: five to seven recurring subjects, in your words.
  • You provide your brand guidelines and the tone you want, one or several.
  • An agent writes the posts from your pillars, one a day.
  • The visuals are designed to your brand, photo included.
  • You read it over, you approve with one click, and the post goes out at the scheduled time.
  • You read what comes back, comments and messages: the one thing nobody does in your place.

You stay in control

The subjects, the tone, and every post before it goes out. The account is yours, on your own logins.

Who it is for

Built for property, because that is our ground. The same engine runs for any trade that has to publish without having the time: a florist, a personal trainer, a professional practice. Here, the format is the carousel. The same engine prepares short video, Automated posts · Reels, in the works, then LinkedIn.

The proof

The proof runs in public: this tool publishes our own media, @6h42.immo, on Instagram, one carousel a day for a month.

From first meeting to proposal

Available

The problem

A meeting is first of all admin: the slot negotiated by email, the preparation you skip, the write-up you do in the evening, the proposal that goes out three weeks later. And the prospect who does not turn up, for want of a reminder the day before.

How it works

From first contact to the proposal sent, the chain runs on its own. You only step in where your judgement counts.

  • The prospect picks a slot in your diary, after three questions that sort their request.
  • They receive what they need to prepare for the conversation, and a reminder the day before with a button to confirm.
  • You receive a brief before the conversation: who they are, what they expect, what they already have.
  • The conversation is recorded and summarised; the tasks spotted are costed in hours.
  • The hours-saved list goes out the next day, after you have read it over.
  • The proposal is drafted; you set the price, you approve, it goes out.

You stay in control

Five actions on your part, three quarters of an hour per prospect, and nothing goes out without your approval.

The proof

We are its first customer: the button on this site is the entrance to this tool, in service since 22 September.

Website build

Available

The problem

An agency’s website, more often than not, is a brochure put online five years ago, that nobody dares touch any more, and that has never brought in a single enquiry.

How it works

We build a website that has a job to do, and we leave it in your hands.

  • Together we define what the site must bring in: valuation requests, applications for a development, meeting bookings.
  • You provide your brand, your copy and your photos; we tell you exactly what, and when.
  • We build the pages that serve a purpose, and only those: your properties or your developments, your forms, your contact details.
  • The forms feed your tools directly, not a mailbox nobody reads.
  • You update it yourself, without depending on us or on anyone.

You stay in control

The site is in your name, on your hosting, with your logins. If you leave, it stays.

The proof

This site is ours, built with the same tools. You are on it.

Screen to SOP · Procedures written automatically

In testing

Film the action, the procedure writes itself. A screen or on-site video becomes an illustrated, structured operating procedure, ready to hand over. Your teams’ know-how stops leaving with them.

Qualified buyer leads

In the works

For brokers. A form to fill in, a budget calculated, and two emails that go out: theirs to the prospect, yours with the lead. Your database grows on its own: budget, purchase timeframe, contact details. Follow-ups at D+2 and D+7.
